Whether you have one small carton or a shipment of pallets, we can forward your small carrier or your LTL and FTL shipments to your customers or to your own facility. Forwarding is serviceable both ways.

Internationally, this service is instrumental with our Canadian customers. Save with these same benefits using our services. Your USA clients have a domestic address to ship their returns, as do your USA suppliers. Both can ship your [New York Sales Tax Free] purchases and returns hassle-free without customs documentation to Cimetra, and we, in turn, consolidate and forward your shipments across the Canadian border onto your facility. This service is also available southbound. Consolidate your customer shipments and repairs and Cimetra will transport them to our facility for shipping distribution into the USA.

Cimetra is a middleman, providing the customs documentation paperwork to your broker and transportation to and from your facility.

Mail Services

Import Mailing Let your USA customers and suppliers know they can mail domestically to your Canadian business utilizing Cimetra’s NY State address. Cimetra will then provide customized mail forwarding delivery services to your Montreal facility.

Export Mailing Cimetra also provides a customized mail pick up schedule for your USA-bound mail envelopes and packages from Montreal, Quebec, Canada and its surrounding area. Take advantage of the international savings by initiating your mail from our New York office with our discounted Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) agreement we have with the US Postal Office.

Pick and Pack / Order Fulfillment / Inventory Control

This service provides our Canadian customers a warehouse to store their inventory for future USA customer order fulfillment. This service can also be ideal for USA companies that cannot handle the extra space or manpower to manage their own inventory and shipping. We are set up for domestic and international shipping.


Once we receive your customer's single or multiple item order, we locate, pull, pack and ship it. Consider Cimetra an extension of your own company. Cimetra emails a daily spreadsheet shipping tracking report for your reference. A perpetual inventory report is also available upon request.

We ship via any carrier your customers desires, however, our preferred prepaid carriers are FedEx for small shipments and XPO Logistics (formally Con-Way Freight) as well as Estes Express Lines for Less than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) shipments. We maintain excellent discounts from these carriers to which we pass on a percentage to our own customers.
